Trapping men in a glass container is a well-trodden path in gay erotic art.

Often it's for brain-washing or milking purposes.

This variation seems to involve some kind of hi-tech gold plating process too

Luckily it doesn't involve immersion in a bath of chemicals. 

A small compensation though, for being turned into a statue.

Clear perspex or resin is a perfect encasement medium for display. 

The setting time here is clearly short enough to prevent escape

but slow enough to catch and preserve that last frantic lunge.

An unconscious male subject is laid out on a bare metal table

for examination by semi-organic, robotic arms prior to his bot 'transformation'.

You might think those feelers look as if they are burrowing inside him.

I couldn't possibly comment!

That sense of disturbing processes going on continues here

with more conventional technology and scalpel wielding arms this time.

What's more the subject is awake and aware.

A predicament that's not for the faint-hearted.

If you are not aware of Rent-A-Dude's male-transformation agenda, this looks like a clumsy alien assessment programme is in progress on an unfortunate astronaut or abductee from earth.

However creating a bot poses issues of accommodating and integrating the robotics 

This installation seems to involve a somewhat perverse brand of keyhole engineering

This scanner technology skirts round the practicalities in favour of unfathomable tech wizardry.

Seemingly it's capable of brain re-programming to adapt the human to his new purpose.

The contribution of the impressive circuitry in the arches and bed is less obvious.

This device would not have looked out of place in a 50's Marvel comic.

It looks as if an entire crew of a spaceship is being processed here.

It's only their bodies being processed, by a similar non-contact transformation technology.

Their individual containment is erotic in it's own right

They don't seem unhappy about it!

Rent -A-Dude - Doll 05

Rent-A-Dude revisits his encasement techniques in the 'Toy' series.

The medium looks like latex but it becomes rigid plastic as it suddenly 'cures'.

It looks like you can use it in your own home and it doesn't stick to upholstery.

Spray-on plastic would be ideal for restraining an unruly boyfriend, 

or detaining the cute workman who came to fix the leak.

But only if you get him to take his clothes off first!

This image visualises total encasement within a mannequin.

A perfectly fitting outer skin that includes a new head.

I suppose the last detail is to throw the Police off the scent 

if they come looking for that handsome jogger who disappeared nearby

It's nice to have, but what can you do with such a doll?

Put him it on display of course.

These images are ca 2010 and I have note in my records suggesting the artist may be 'Brian'

No links I'm afraid. The web site referenced in these pictures no longer exists and I can't find the name in search engines (which isn't unusual these days with old material, sadly)

A striking image of a man bursting forth from solid rock

Is another half-finished job from Michelangelo?

No it's Rent-A-Dude, preserving the best of mankind.

On one level its a symbolic representation of human flesh 

restrained by the immovable, unchanging elements of nature and life.

But once this was a real man 

he had a bad dream of being incarcerated in cement, 

then woke up and found it was real.

Now his life is suspended, immortalised.

The physical beauty of his body is preserved for all time.

But no-one can fully enjoy it, they can only look.

This man sees his own fate approaching in an aerosol spray can.

(There's a whole other story to be told of 

how he got himself into this predicament in the first place!).

(Amazing what you can get out of one small can!)

This variation seems to be an elaborate, 

artistic alternative to good old concrete boots

The height of the cold, wet concrete is carefully calibrated.

At just below ball height, it's a titillation for us.

Possibly for him as well when the pouring began. 

He realised, too late, that it would set like stone, quickly!.

An exciting, useful future awaits these 13 unfortunates.

Let's hope they are not dizzied by the spinning technique 

that is often used by over-excited players!

Beautifully Bound - Guy

A man with arms and wrists firmly bound sits on a stool.

His head is bowed as if in despair as he awaits his fate.

A day ago he was a free man, working on a building construction site.

The captive turns as someone approaches, 

his face is a mixture of anger and helpless anguish.

He strains at the rope that binds him.

His pecs bulge out through the strands constricting his chest.

Such spirit is greatly appreciated.

He probably does not appreciate his captor's flair for bondage

It is both artistic and satisfying - and materially enhances

 the monetary value of his unique selling points.

His whining complaints are silenced with  a stuffed rag.

While the bidders assess his finely muscled body.

There's no need to remove his jeans for the auction.

Someone will pay handsomely to have this man as he is.

Those pecs are irresistible.

A small chastisement is called for.

A demonstration for the bidders.

The results are gratifying.

Stoic endurance of pain is an admirable quality

But expressive responders usually fetch better prices.

The personal touch cannot be bettered in such matters.

And for this man there is more to come..... much more.

 This artist devotes himself to the masculinity and desirability of chubby men.

This image sums that up with a unsuspecting example of the breed being abducted.

He toys with such captives being chained up and tormented.

This is just the right vehicle for displaying their chunky hairiness.

And asserting their sexuality and toughness.

Phyjikal - Lifeguard To The Rescue

This marvellously simple image of a chunky lifeguard racing to the rescue

Presents those characteristics in a very different, surprising and highly positive way.

I say Help! Come and get me!

Phyjikal - Block Builder

This image is less surprising, simply displaying a workman's physical strength.

The transparent cube (ice?) and intense facial expression lend the study an artistic dignity .

The bulging briefs and open, braced legs are a less subtle hint of innate sex-appeal.

The artist isn't afraid to turn the strength attribute on it's head

In this image physical size is supplemented by military connections

But it's still not enough to face the threat of medical inspection with equanimity.

Many of this artist's images portray sweaty, physical struggles between equals.

The fight scenario creates scenes of big men being overpowered and dominated.

Erotic vulnerabilities and opportunities never seem to be too far away.

This character is repeatedly set up to be the hapless jobber, there to be used.

He brings to that role a delicious air of masochistic resignation

And an ever-tempting, un-flagging arousal.

Which results in some spectacular finishes

as his opponents ruthlessly do their worst.

In a world of big men, some stereotypes are a temptation too hard to resist.

Mixing big and small with black and white here creates an element of balance.

But is this a respectful, seductive approach? Or a whispered ultimatum?

Phyjikal - In His Arms

This artist certainly isn't ruled by stereotypes.

There's gentleness, fondness and trust in this coupling.

It seems almost too private and intimate to be intruded upon.

Phyjikal - Give Me A Ring

Trust clearly exists here too between a naked and a fully clothed man,

I take this to be a photographer and his model setting up a shot.

Which will put a tray of doughnuts to a (predictably) unconventional use.

There is an underlying manipulation and control of the big guy that is very sexy.

Phyjikal - Cocktail Mix

The humour in this piece is equally well trodden,

But the pose involved is far from being a cliché.

It's sexy and surprisingly flexible for such a big man.

So too this arching ecstasy

It is sexy enough that the physiological realities go largely unnoticed.

The crossed arms and face-stroking of the recipient however are quite puzzling.

Promoting the sexual allure of chubbies in the simplest, most direct of ways.

Art by Evinist 1 - Men Being Undressed

Evinist - Tentacle Ripped Pants

An impatient tentacle shreds the pants of a man it has captured, in order to get inside him. It's attack has revealed smooth, twin moons gleaming with perspiration (or maybe it's some fluid the tentacles excrete themselves). Surprisingly the victim himself seems more discomforted by us turning up to have a look at him than the multi-pronged attack itself. He's even able to ignore a tentacle coiling round his neck and probing his mouth.

This dramatic and highly erotic, undressing image with a focus on the butt is typical of Evinist's work. Undressing men is a recurring theme, but ripping clothes apart is just one way, gentler methods also get much deserved attention. 

The artist's original colours here were a bit gaudy for me so I toned them down a bit.

Evinist - Dress Down Friday

This image seems to portray the fantasy of the office junior seducing the dishy boss. He looks as if he might be restrained to prevent dissent although his face doesn't express reluctance, puzzlement maybe. The unusual Ikea-style, picture speech bubble actually looks as if it might be expressing the opposite - the devoted partner sending him off to work perfectly dressed - but that's not quite as interesting as seduction!

The younger man's purple hair and elfin features are a bit left of field, Evinist always seems to have one foot in fantasy land, but you can't complain about those muscled arms and pecs. 

Evinist - Officer Undressing

A Muscular chest pushing out through an unbuttoned shirt is always a sight to set the pulse racing and there's no ambiguity about the direction of travel here. The hunky, highly decorated, 'Overwatch' Officer is being given a little encouragement to undress by an unseen companion with masculine fingers.  The sensual extraction of his neck-tie, potentially a hint of bondage kink, looks as if it is having a profound effect on him. He's eagerly loosing all his clothes simultaneously, without actually taking any of them off, not even his gloves! 

Evinist - Rising Moons

This warrior has just received a decoration for his gallantry, but since his 'uniform' doesn't actually cover his chest, the Disneyesque monarch has been obliged to attach it to his nipple ring. It's a scene reminiscent of Etienne's famous Cadet Parade where the naked soldier didn't even have a ring to fall back on (as it were). 

Understandably the performance of this tricky task by the monarch and the undeniable valour of the soldier being honoured has tempted the ruler to investigate his other qualities in more depth. However, the release of the soldier's pants and the prospect of a Royal invasion seems to have found a chink in the hero's armour. He politely resists and grits his teeth as groping, gloved hands descend on his bare ass.

This imagery with loosened trousers dropping to reveal the warrior's backside is very sexy.

Evinist - Office Grope

A similar scene plays out in our 'office' scenario, where the sexy send off kiss has sparked a reaction that's going to make the boss late for work and leave his house boy feeling slightly uncomfortable as he sets about his house-keeping chores for the day. 

Evinist - Office Bondage 1

In this storyline the boss is seduced by 'Jordan' who might be one of his workers or a window cleaner for all I know, but I suppose is probably a high flying gaming hero. The old tie-pulling routine and open shirt bait always works a treat.

This is a nicely drawn image with it's not very subtle power play a very traditional characterisation. Evinist's austere, spikey characterisations, especially in black and white, leave me wishing for something more substantial and rounded.

Evinist - Office Bondage

In this image the manipulated 'boss' belatedly reasserts his authority (as was expected by Jordan, no doubt). The suit is so excited by the impertinent manipulations that he is simultaneously trying to tie Jordan's hands together while groping him. His fingers play on the front contours of Jordan's underwear, preparing to hook into the waistband so it can be eased down his thighs, like his trousers have been.

Officer's Bondage strip

It's Soldier 76 here discovering the delights of being undressed while in bondage. In his case though, and judging by his expression, his captor doesn't have pleasure in mind. Not Soldier 76's pleasure anyway. Such is the life of a hero. 

His dress uniform (what's left of it) supplies a sense of military pomp and dignity but it's being stripped from him, bit by bit, mocking his pretentions. The drooping belt is all that's left below the waist, but makes a convenient cover for his unmentionable bits and at the same time forms a visual substitute for them that's actually very sexy. It's the nearest this artist gets to frontals. That loose fit around the bottom is a variation of the sagging, investiture trousers and almost as sexy.

Evanist - Cuffed and exposed

The bedsheets shown here suggest this handcuffed hero is in more imminent 'danger'.

He foolishly wore tights featuring a V-shaped, cleavage teasing, waistline design at the rear.

(Or maybe he accidentally put them on back-to-front, heroes do that too, you know!) 

Understandably his captor has given them an extra tug downwards to see more 

and hopefully instil a chilling sense of anticipation and dread in his captive's psyche.

The reward is a titillating glimpse of buttock cleavage

The jockstrap worn underneath might have come as a surprise 

(surely only a very modest hero would sport a VPL? That needs to go!) 

Evinist - Thief

This is probably my favourite undressing picture by this artist, the sense of being overwhelmed by predators is excellent and the facial characterisation is different and interesting. However, it's a perplexing image to decipher. The shoulder harness suggests that the victim is another Government Agent saving the world from villains and non-humans. However his captors appear to be showering him with money, tucking some coins into his underwear as though he were a stripper. But he is not undressing himself, they are undressing him. 

I suppose there's a complex sort of humiliation logic in forcing a warrior to become a stripper.

But, meanwhile the caption says 'Thief'. 

As Manuel might say, "Que?"

EVINIST - Lantern Bondage 2

Masked men don't thrill me by and large, but muscled guys in skin-tight outfits do.

Especially when their superpowers are suppressed by densely woven, tight bondage.

Suspension in this state just adds to the super-humiliation and provides an opportunity for 

the artist to showcase a passion for shapely butts (and no VPL I might add!).

The colouring is very successful here. The shibari rope patterns are neat and very clear and the roping passing between Green Lantern's crotch adds a distinctly erotic twist to the hero's predicament. I must say that the face ropes are a new idea for me.
