Foot Fetish by ?
I have a feeling
this is a fake, not the picture, the signature. It's written in
bolder ink than the date and the drawing itself and I don't have any
other pictures with the same name, the style is a little like
Marquis. It's worth posting the picture, however, for it's collection
of foot-fetish variants.
