But as soon as he revealed himself and started making dark threats, they attacked and felled him with a barrage of punches. Now they were discussing whether he would be a 'keeper'.
Jackson didn't like to think about what the alternative was.

As day broke and warm sunlight fell on Liam through the patio glazing, he fervently hoped his ordeal would soon be over. Last night, the choice of being tied up for the night or being turned over to the Police as a burglar seemed a no-brainer. True, he hadn't expected to be stripped naked as soon as he was immobilised and gagged, but he could handle a bit of groping. Even by a man. That was embarrassing, but fair enough in the circumstances.
However, when the guy had had his fun, he announced that he would make a 'final decision' about Liam in the morning. Meanwhile, he needed to make sure that he couldn't escape or get up to any mischief during the night. Liam's restraints were made tighter and tighter and his position more and more uncomfortable.
Liam quickly gave up trying to escape from the ropes. It was cold on the patio during the night, but he had finally got some sleep. Now everything ached - no, everything hurt.
He could smell an enticing breakfast cooking, but time passed, and he slowly became more and more anxious about that 'final' decision.

Even a slave deserves a holiday. My boy says being locked in his travel trunk makes him feel safe and wanted. But there's always that doubt in his eyes whenever I close the lid on him.

The burglars had seen the film and were taking no chances with Darren. Darren always slept naked and they obviously enjoyed tying him up in that state.
