Sexy but not terribly suave. This is the leatherman's dilemma. The clothing says hard the pose says not - even with a bike. The model (I think it's the formidable Robert Black) has terrific assets on display, so who wouldn't want him? His take on 'less is more' is perhaps a little too calculating.

Not subtle but quite fascinating, I suppose this says quite a lot about what the appeal of leather is to both wearer and watcher.

You don't need to show the flesh to have sex appeal, the open neck is quite sufficient.
Head to toe leather and a motorbike too but it's the casual pose and the straight, fighter's nose that does it for me.

I was bound to come back to shorts eventually. These have a nice cut on the leg and the visible zip is a nice practical feature. This model isn't your average leatherman with floppy hair and all. It's reminiscent of Etienne's famous encounter between the Surfer and the Road Kings. The Surfer dons leather gear to enter into the initiation.

Smoking has lost it's associations with cool masculinity in recent years, but I know there are many enthusiasts out there still - and this guy helps to explain why. He also has the face to carry off the cap successfully. I haven't featured the diagonal belt across the body before but it's a sexy item both for the military/police associations and the way it nestles between the pecs.

There's a massive amount of leather accessorising going on here, but it seems to work.

Although he has a very muscular body, it has soft, slightly chubby contours and this combined with the unruly furriness of his chest gives him a natural looking, regular guy appearance which is very attractive.

Leather Sex Appeal -15

This is a man wearing leather, rather than a leather man but I like his Mediterranean look and the studded pouch and wristband. The sides of the jock are a bit suspect and the chain definitely constitutes overdressing, I'm not convinced it's even metal! Despite this this hunk definitely fits the theme of leather sex appeal
