Beautifully Bound (in handcuffs)

Handcuffs are the simplest form of restraint, compact and easy to apply.
They do not render a captive completely helpless, but are immensely disabling.

Not easy to photograph though because of their minimalistic design.

Today, a selection of well-made pix of cuffs on well-made men.

Handcuffed and forced to sit on his feet, he waits and listens,  

as the aggrieved homeowner makes arrangements for his removal.

This is a very old image, but still a great one!

It promises a great 'reveal' down at the station, perhaps we'll see it one day.

Targeted - Collar and Tie

 

Dave and Sam normally spent New Year in front of the TV.

They reckoned it was the best way to enjoy all the fireworks.

But this year they got a surprise, personal invitation to a private party.

It came from 'John', but they could guess which John it was.

The black dress code was a slightly daunting to Sam, 

but Dave, who mixed in classy circles, was perfectly relaxed.

Plus, there was to be a spectacular display at midnight.

So they thought, Why Not?  Enjoy the change. 

Something out of their comfort zone, you might say.

The venue was already busy with guests when they arrived.

They didn't spot John amongst the crowd but  

they were immediately offered free drinks and food,

so they were soon enjoying the party atmosphere.

 

About half past eleven, anticipation and excitement was rising.

Dave and Sam were both feeling distinctly mellow.

Then someone called for silence, he had an announcement to make.

He asked for the Guests of Honour to come to the stage. 

 

Dave and Sam discovered it was they who were the Guests of Honour,

a group of burly men closed in and frog-marched them to the front.

Gazing out at the crowd, they realised they were all dressed in black leather.

But any feeling of being over-dressed was quickly taken away from them.

In fact, all their clothes were taken away from them, by muscular attendants.

They weren't exactly in good shape to resist, but tried their best.

The crowd appreciated their efforts and wild cheering broke out

as they were buckled into wrist suspension bars and their arms hoisted high.

 

In a final dramatic gesture, their attackers removed their underwear.

Sam cursed loudly as his new, Christmas, designer briefs were cut open.  

It was little consolation when they were replaced by soiled jock straps

 donated by audience members in the front row, their pouches still warm.

Thanking the donors, the MC reminded them of the Charity Auction

which would enable them to recover their property (with added interest!)

The front row audibly dissented, convinced that some rich bastard

would inevitably carry off the star prizes to some distant part of the globe.

'Big Ben' was invited to come to the stage to 'officiate' the midnight rites

The Guests of Honour would lead the count-down to the strokes of midnight.

That's 12 strokes each of course, he cackled, to uproarious laughter.

'Black Jack' was summoned to be his assistant and synchronise

Dave just had time to apologise to Sam before Big Ben gagged them both

So that they might bear the ritual strokes safely and with dignity.

Their only consolation was to be in the front row for the 'fireworks'.

But in all honesty, it would probably have been better on the TV at home.

Naked, Oily Escape Challenge 1

The best images I've seen of the naked Tony Houston are these from his Naked, Oily Escape Challenge

There's a powerful sense of his masculinity and bulk in this shot and a decent glimpse of his face, thanks to the choice of gags. Tight tape and wrap gags create an impression of stress but don't really flatter anyone's appearance. 

It's a cliché, but the red tones here really do create an impression of heat and passion.

Naked, Oily Escape Challenge 2

The bondage the men in these clips are subjected to doesn't vary much and is pretty tight, so it's hard to create an interesting 'struggle' video of any length unless the viewpoint is varied and good use made of erotic angles like the sexy glimpse of cleft here. Stripping them naked and oiling them up is a great help of course, attracting the eye to moving highlights as well as looking inviting to the touch.

The Bounty Hunter (Part 2)

The other option to add interest is to use sexy clothes and Tony has on here a very sexy jockstrap of the skimpy variety. He's wearing it here in the Bounty Hunter Part 2 where, having caught the fugitive James for his Bounty Hunter boss. Tony is made a captive himself so the boss can take all of the reward money. His gleaming torso here is due to the sweat of betrayal rather than oil.

The Bounty Hunter (Part 1)

Tony is at least spared the indignity inflicted on James, of being tied and spread naked on the bed. It's a nice display of his lithe body and pert bottom for those who don't appreciate Tony's fleshiness. In fact, that erotic sight seems to have attracted Tony's interest too. He looks all hot and bothered about it and his cock seems to be desperately straining to escape from the tiny jock pouch. 

You can see my grumble here about the unflattering effect of tape gags, 

but Tony's unruly hair doesn't help his appearance much either.

The Bounty Hunter (Part 1)

Tony's diminutive jock-pouch throbs in vain as he is despatched to the floor.

We and he can only image what is happening to James in the bedroom.

His frustration with the restraint is palpable, verging on tearful.

The Goon Next Door - Part 1

James spends a lot of time tied to chairs in these videos but in The Goon Next Door he's introduced to a particularly stressful, 'neck-tie' variation. A neighbour gate-crashes James and Tony's private, bondage fun intent on showing them what tight bondage is really all about. Tony can only watch his friend's limits being stretched and sympathise as he struggles, helplessly hog-tied himself, on the settee.

The Goon Next Door - Part 2

In Part 2 he takes his turn on the chair as the captives are swapped round by their captor. He's spared the torment of looking at his own crotch in a back-breaking snare, because the 'goon' has spotted how turned on he is by seeing James in bondage. A vibrator is strapped to his leg and he is forced to come in his underpants in front of them. It's about the closest this site gets to actual sex. If you know better please tell!

Being made to sit in underpants with a cold and clammy wet patch is an interesting variation on the orange body suit humiliation shown at the end of Part 1. There Tony was made to drool over himself, with a similar uncomfortable aftermath. 

The Goon Next Door - Part 2

It has to be admitted, James does look very sweet tied up like this in his undershorts. 

The tight bondage test being given to him here is subtle, it's the wrapping wound his face. 

The difference in skin colouration indicates how uncomfortable it is.

Tony's Tiny Jock

Another outing for Tony's tiny jock here and it's a nice shot of his face and physique too. I'm not sure if his companion is James or another young man who happened to drop round. I haven't been able to link it to a video on the website.

Revenge of the Business Partner

After his disastrous encounter with an orange Zen suit at the end of Part 1, Tony looks a lot better in this shiny, red edition, worn in Revenge of the Business Partner. This is a familiar tale of crooks falling out. Disappointingly the 'business' partners these two betrayed to the Police were women, but if you can get past that you can enjoy watching them take revenge in the usual way at this site with a naked strip and donning of suits to be ridiculed and groped in. This image demonstrates contrasting results, Tony fills his suit better than James can manage.

It's tough for Tony down on the floor, it seems as if the suit is causing him to overheat.

This site has a talent for subtle challenges and torments that can easily be overlooked.

However there's conventional pain in store for these men too, spanking and pinching.

The gentle touch here highlights their vulnerability in advance.

Tony looks great too in more conventional clothing (with a haircut and less deforming tape gag).

Vintage Bondage - James Seely

James Seely by Kris - 1

In this 1965 picture by Kris of Chicago, James Seely looks every inch like the military man who's just come into the studio to pose for some skin pix and earn himself some extra cash. His muscularity and USMC tattoo mark him out as a man who can look after himself. The jock he's wearing is reassuringly masculine and there's a certain casual confidence in this open-legged pose. As a winner of the Mr Florida title, Seely was well used to displaying his physique. But there's a look in his eye here that's a little wary and he's clinging to the stool as if not quite secure.

In this picture he shows his military background with a confident, casual pose and rebellious gesture. We don't really know if know if the finger was a spontaneous reaction to provocative banter or if it was deliberately posed by Kris. However, given at arms length here, it seems like a half-hearted, sly response to being ordered around, whilst still obediently holding the pose. Seely's submissive and questioning expression makes it look more like an invitation than a rebuke.

In this picture we can see that the garment protecting James's modesty is only the remnants of a jockstrap, curiously adapted to a posing pouch (a puzzling phenomenon of the 1960's that I explored in mitchmen's Vintage Season, Part 11). This leaning back pose puts his whole torso on display and James looks abashed, as if this is not quite what a man should do. He puffs out his chest in a show of military manliness but holds the stool for support, protecting his rear, but perhaps not realising just how grabbable and appealing his lean physique and slender waist looks.

If the model felt discomforted by the self display of the previous pose, it's even worse here with his crotch thrust forward, offering himself up to the gaze of strangers. It seems to show in that irritated, 'what's going on?' expression. He's bound to feel vulnerable, because he cannot protect himself in this position and getting out of it requires awkward, undignified manoeuvres. That helplessness makes for a very sexy picture and (unknown to him) Kris has ensured that his jock-pouch stands out, virgin-white against the background. The bulge it reveals is necessarily modest by modern standards, because of the legal constraints of the day, but it won't necessarily have felt like that to him.

The magic Kris weaves using this elegant, art nouveau style stool is a tribute to his artistic skill.

James Seely by Kris - 5

   Next, Kris introduces dangling chains and persuades Seely to strike a classic body-building pose with them wrapped round his wrists. He looks like a captive slave being presented for sale or made ready for punishment. The subterfuge of combining classical art and modern fitness imagery was probably intended to confuse the model just as much as it was the censors and Seely's wonderfully expressive face suggests it's had exactly that effect - with an dash of apprehension thrown in. 

Kris got Seely to change into a 'proper' posing pouch for this part of shoot. It better suits the allusion to slavery, but the flimsy material is more directly revealing than coarse, jock fabric and it probably felt that way to James as he slipped his tackle into it. There's even a slight impression that it might even have been pre-wetted, Royale style, to enhance it's clinginess. That might have contributed to the model's pained expression. Kris has drawn attention to it with some clever lighting. 

James looks big, strong and powerful in this perspective, worthy of being restrained with chains. 

It's a dramatic physical contrast to his poses with the stool, but he looks no less vulnerable.

James Seely by Kris - 6

This picture may look familiar, I used it 18 months ago in The Abandoned Slave, a captioned post spoofing the pretended restraint in bondage imagery of the mid 20th century. Kris seems to be doing the same himself with the dangling chain end looking for an anchorage and humorously phallic. Seely contributes a delightful, puzzled expression. The trailing chains rising up between his open legs are not devoid of erotic significance either.

Kris has subtly accentuated the shape of Seely's pouch here by allowing a drooping shadow to fall across it, but it's far from prominent (compare it with the jock cupping in image 4). Rather it helps create a sense of near nudity in Seely's willowy physique.

That sense of flexibility flows through this image too with James seeming to be trapped in the chains and twisting to look back at us pleadingly. The first sight of his backside is a treat, no wonder he looks so worried! That's not the only significant development here because in this image he actually is completely naked. The pouch has gone the way of the jock leaving only a tell tale line across his glute.

Seely playfully wraps the chains around himself, protecting his modesty in the frontal view.

His physique looks mellow and attractive here and is enhanced by the spiralling chains.

His face is a picture of uncertainty, this is how you would imagine a captive to look

 on the auction block as the bidding fury mounts.

The model's playfulness emerges more clearly here. 

Seely's back is the most impressive result of his bodybuilding but it's the buttock cleft

 that draws your eye, thanks to Kris's adroit arrangement of the chains. 

I suppose you might describe this as an early manifestation of the tentacle effect,

with the victim unable to decide what to do about it.

Freed from the chains, Seely presses his hands together to bring out the bulk of his back.

As with image 5, he seems to shrink into a surprising, more compact shaping.

Personally I prefer the slender look.

This pose also creates the frivolous impression that he's anxiously covering his modesty

 and looking round for the missing pouch.

Kris probably photographed full frontal images during this shoot, but the time had not yet arrived when he could advertise them or publish them openly in the beefcake press. However, nude studies of this model do exist and my next post will include some along with other examples of his delightful facial expressions.

Vintage Bondage - 'Mikey' by Loquillo

A beautiful, neat, shoulder and arm harness is the foundation of Mikey's restraint.
Connecting strands make a striking cross shape across his back.
It lifts the wrists but prevents the upper arms from moving outwards.
The noose-like construction stiffens them. 

This crossed ankle restraint coupled with tightly folded knees

is a satisfying complementary pairing for the body harness.

His butt cheeks are also framed by a clever re-arrangement of his jockstrap bands.

The sight is enticing for on-lookers, but reassuringly for the prisoner, access is limited. 

Topped-off with a gag it's an excellent, decorative, parking arrangement.

The simple knee fold variant without crossed ankles is more comfortable for him

but lays his centre piece wide open for the man in control.

That wary backwards look is amply justified 

This 'in line' leg arrangement also features crossed ankles to create a closer, tighter restraint.

It inhibits general wriggle and also limits use of the feet for leverage or to stand and escape.

Mike's jock strap bands point the way home.

 The tight coupling of the upper thighs is both functional and erotic.

The double loops just above and below the knee look a little untidy

but is a foundation for the next step.....

...... as this restraint readily evolves into the classic hog-tie

Legs are pulled tight by linking the ankle ties to the thigh loops.

Those double knee loops now add an elegant detail

and their thickness creates uncomfortable leverage of the knee,.

Poor Mikey!

He's been allowed to sit up here, but in a crossed legs position is imposed.

In this position, you can see the tight rope wrapping of his torso

 and just below, new, gift wrapped temptations come into view .

Another noose-like construct imposes a bowing stance on his upper body

The linked ties to his crossed ankles can be adjusted to vary the discomfort.

 

Don't move, I won't be long!

A pause in the proceedings allows a modicum of respite for Mikey.

Congratulations Mikey! You've got the job!
