There's no worse punishment for a muscle slave than to be kept from following his natural instinct, which is to sweat and toil over heavy labour. They can't bear inactivity, so when they are assigned to dungeon duty, they struggle and moan.

Torment of the day (apart from the Master's usual, annoying interference) is a jock-strap made of thick leather which can be filled with all sorts of discomforting things if the slaves don't feel up to filling it themselves.
