Muscle and Rope - 23

We are out in the woods today! A soldier (I love close cropped hair!) is tied to a tree with rope criss-crossing his chest and around his waist and legs. This arrangement doesn't showcase the pecs like other pictures but it does spell out 'restrained'. His trousers have become slightly lowered in the struggle. The clenched fist is a nice touch although his facial expression seems curious, wistful rather than angry.

Perhaps he is watching his buddy being attended to (picture 2). This man is much more severely restrained, his arms pulled tightly back, legs apart straddling some kind of log chair. The captors are certainly planning unpleasant mischief here.

Muscle and Rope - 22

Today's focus is firmly on the muscle with ropes playing a supporting role.

You can't tell if these gentlemen are to be captors or captives
- although they both seem to be enjoying the kiss of rope on skin.




I suppose it's off topic really but I rather like the silver briefs on the more mature Samuel Colt in picture 2. Quite apart from the revealing outlines there is something quite erotic about a butch man wearing slightly camp clothing. The swirl of rope about his muscular thighs works well too.

Muscle and Rope - 21

In today's pictures the men's bodies are lightly muscled and economically bound but that does not mean they lack impact. The images seem very different, but actually have a lot in common.

In the first picture a naked man kneels while his captor licks his feet. The bindings round his arms, wrists and ankles look tight and neatly done, they immobilise him most effectively. His full head of hair reflects the age of the image of course but in combination with his slender hips and small buttocks somehow makes him look very naked and exposed. You can imagine that he has just been forcibly removed from his collar and tie.

partner of the legendary Fred Halstead and star of some of his films.  For this connection I am indebted to BJland. The photo comes from a 1974 magazine spread entitled 'A Thief Underfoot'.

The Magazine was called Gay Bondage Vol 1 No 2.

In the second picture, again, there is no bondage on the captives torso, just his ankles and wrists. In this case the bare feet are also central to the action conveying the mans total nudity - the rope passing between the toes is a nice touch. The backless jockstrap and open legs (spread just wide enough to create interest) showcase the vulnerability and desirability of the captive. You can tell that this man visits the gym from his upper arms, his efforts have created shapely legs and buttocks which are no less attractive than the body of a bulky muscle man.

You can't see the second man's face but you can tell that he is looking round to see what is captor is doing - just like the man in picture 1. This coveys a sense that something real and sinister is happening.

Muscle and Rope - 20

Todays mitchmen bondage pictures continue the sporting theme of yesterday with two men tied to gym equipment.

The first is from a classic series (produced by Zeus) showing Rocco De Vega, a good looking, muscular man tied to a rowing machine, legs akimbo. The interplay of muscle and rope speaks for itself but I enjoy the uncompromising gag as well. The man's stubble suggests the though that he's been a captive for a little while. Not surprising with a face and body like that.

The second captive is younger and showing a layer of puppy fat which give an impression of bulk which I find quite attractive. Interestingly he is mainly restrained at the shoulders although judging by the dangling ropes across his body the captor has left the job unfinished. The hands tied behind the head show off his upper arms whilst the ankle restraints showcase his bulky thighs.
The tape gag and angry look are very satisfying.

Today we get plenty of muscle in a wrestling cum bondage scenario from Can-Am.

The oily straining body of the overpowered man is attractive enough and many of us will enjoy the shapely form in his trunks but it is the rope emerging from behind his body and draped across his thigh which cleverly conveys the bondage story.

the victim continues to grimace and struggle.

The sight of a handsome man in the process of being tied up is very erotic but it is relatively rare to find good images of it. Even though this is a fairly obvious simulation, the enthusiasm of the captive and his attractive appearance make the pictures satisfying.

The wrestling scenario simply depicts a humiliating submission but it is easy to imagine more sinister stories, a swimmer kidnapped during the championships, a sleeper disturbed by an intruder.......

Muscle and Rope - 18

Todays captive, a tough-looking man, is bound in slender cords which have been woven into two delicate cradles around his chest and groin. They serve to bind his biceps and wrists tightly in to his body.


He's wearing jeans like a working man. He has strong arms and lightly defined body. From the lighting and domestic setting it's as though a burglar has been caught in the act and over powered. The quizzical look on his face suggests he can't quite believe this is happening to him.

Muscle and Rope - 17

The mitchmen review of muscle and rope bondage continues with two more pictures from the excellent BDMan Brazil today. The jockstrap is overdone in fetish art but this is quite a nice example. Interesting that we can't see the rear because he is tied to a chair! I like the economical ropework and gentle musculature but most of all the pleading appeal for assistance which the pose suggests.



In the picture below the ropework is completely over the top but in a strange way it serves to emphasise the victim's nudity. The ankle-thigh bindings are favourites of mine and the multiple windings of the cloth gag work well in conjunction with the 'help me' look.
