drtkk colourised by mitchmen blog

drtkk - Nice Meats 1 (colour by mitchmen blog)

There's something very visceral about drtkk's highly stylised cartoons of men in captivity,
however, his solid line, blocky style makes for a busy, visual effect in black and white,
so I wondered how colouring one would look.
(In fact it's a style that seems to cry out for colouring).

See original of Nice Meats 1

It gains depth from the colours and hidden details become more apparent
e.g. there are no less than 28 cables attached to the bodies of the two men!
Also the captives are revealed to have thighs like tree trunks.
The streaks on the wall suggest the walls are running with the sweat of the men.

Roman Prisoners of War

Roman Prisoners of War To Become Slaves.

A fine body of men with all the hallmarks of AI perfect beauty.
A great picture by 'Gay-Roman-Fantasy'.

However, without the benefit of the title you'd struggle to make out the meaning of this picture. It looks like men filing through a welcoming committee. The artist has managed to generate an interaction between two of the characters, which isn't easy with present AI tools  - it seems to be a consoling, 'well done' or 'be strong' handshake/fist bump as the defeated captives gather. But if these are POW's, there don't seem to be any guards or escorts, just a couple of spectators on the left, maybe one half hidden on the right. There's quite a commotion going on behind them but it doesn't seem to be directly linked to them. This is not the artist's fault, necessarily, AI tools grant limited control to them and do whatever they want to do most of the time. Which I suppose is the most chilling sign of intelligence imaginable.

I just want to ask where the auction is and what time it starts!

At The Market

This is a nice, sexy image, but again it isn't obvious that this is a market. I love the loincloths but how come everyone is nearly naked and dressed the same? Where are the guards? The market traders?

It's reminiscent of those Hollywood movies where the top gangster, arrogantly strolling through his domain is disrupted by a young upstart who gets in his way. As his minions look on, reflecting his menace, the gangster looks the newcomer up and down, perhaps bandies words with him, then moves on. The absence of contact between the figures makes for a rather loose composition, but it helps create a sense of hovering menace in my imaginary scenario.

This doesn't look like Ancient Rome Toto! No Togas and dubious architecture.
To be fair though, it does say Roman 'Fantasy'.

Cruising

Another great image with another hunk arrogantly strutting his stuff. I suppose his up-market loin cloth and belt are symbolic of wealth and status compared with the wretches around him. We probably all know a street or two like this, though rarely with crowds of men quite as wonderfully undressed as this - or standing without drinks.  The scene does appear to be a market, fruit on the left, bananas on the right but there isn't much trade going on and why is everyone walking in the same direction?

Mercy or Not?

This is closer to what you would expect in a Roman fantasy. An attacker has been disarmed and blood has been shed. He kneels defenceless but uncowed. There's a significant disparity of dress between the two protagonists, perhaps the loser has just been forced to take off his armour by the victor.

However, why they were fighting in the first place is a mystery. This isn't an Arena. There is a watching crowd but they are dressed like an ill-disciplined army, who have just arrived after a long march. Perhaps this man was the only citizen prepared to make a stand against them, but on the other hand perhaps he was just a (not very good) sneak thief. The juxtaposition of knife point and nose looks very odd, a good example of AI's inability to replicate human judgement which would adjust this detail.

An amazing image nevertheless

Young Soldier at Sunrise (41)

AI is very good at creating portraits of hunks who are the height of perfection and although this man would be near the top of most lust-lists there is something about him that is different, he has character. He's not looking directly at us or courting our admiration. Instead his expression suggests he thinking about something important. Something he must do on this new day, brought closer by the rising sun.
(His armoured 'pouch' with subtle contours glimpsed underneath is very sexy).

I like this picture.

If you follow the link to Gay-Roman-Fantasy at Deviant Art you'll find lots of images like this on Roman themes - battles, gladiators, bath houses etc. And I mean lots, you may end up with indigestion.

Art by Catweazle

Catweazle01 - Defeated Hero

A muscular man is dragged unconscious through a deserted, institutional building by two nightmarish creatures. It's the classic hero in trouble scenario that has parallels with another favourite of mine: A Hero Dragged to his Fate by Ehrlik. This one too faces an uncertain fate and despite his youth, delectable appearance and scanty clothing, the nature of his captors seems to rule out any sexual threat (although the strategic positioning of his forearms might arouse suspicion in an all-human context).

Rather, it's danger and death that fuels this artist's images.

*These days we appreciate that it's wrong to assume that creatures that are different to us are necessarily evil, these might easily be post-apocalyptic, ambulance drivers bringing the victim of a traffic accident to A&E. Catweazle01 relieves us of that dilemma by consistently describing them as horrific monsters.

Catweazle01 - Dangerous Fog

This atmospheric image also expresses that sense of a dangerous world with a bearded hero on the steps of a shrine of some sort watching a strange creature emerging from the depths of the swamp. The fact that the steps descend directly into the swamp may imply that it has been constructed by the inhabitants of that hidden world but in any case we can safely assume that intruders into this mystical space are not welcome.

You need a big screen magnification to fully enjoy the male characterisations in some of these epic-style images, but this artist often exploits the ability in 3D-rendering to present different viewpoints and close-ups of the scene in other images (See gallery link below). The scaling here puts the heroes apparent strength into a rather different perspective.

Catweazle01 - Pest Control

The artist's title is dismissive of the dangers posed by the creatures in this world but this does not look like a trivial crisis. The heroes nakedness makes him look very vulnerable and his deliciously hairy body makes him more like an ordinary guy who lifts weights rather than the stereotypical, smoothly- muscled he-man of fantasy fiction. In fact his haircut and neatly-styled, black, loin cloth both look quite modern and modern man is not exactly well-equipped to be cast into a primeval world. Nevertheless, he's bravely stepping up to defend his mate armed only with a big sword and a small shield.

There doesn't seem to be any gay sub-text in Catweasel's work but the men usually go adventuring alone. Women pop up occasionally in a variety of roles, both dominant and submissive, but the focus of attention usually seems to be the man.

Catweazle01 -  Fight the Dinokonda

There's a similar situation in this image with another, very sexy man facing a formidable opponent in an even skimpier loincloth. Despite his muscles and confident fighting stance there's an alluring sense of vulnerability surrounding him. Too good to eat in our eyes but the creature must imagine it's another easy dinner, ready to go.

Catweazle01 -  Jurassic Fight 02

The closer the men get to their giant adversaries and the more naked they are, the sexier they seem. The hairiness of this hunk just seems to underline how exposed he is and it's very attractive. With Vallejo's heroes, smooth and slightly plastic bodied, you hardly notice after a while that are unclothed at all. He usually chooses to portray them as dominant victors and dominant males (and they usually have long hair, ugh!). Catweasle's men also have amazing physiques and strong personalities but their essence seems more normal, more modern.

Catweazle01 -  Horror From The Deep

Of course, it can't be taken for granted that handsome muscles will prevail and the human is at a distinct disadvantage in the sea. Octopus pictures show tentacles with a tangible source which is refreshing, but unlike most tentacle-alia we naturally assume they see humans as food rather than sexual partners. Not so much dishy as dish of the day.

It's also easier to visualise their arms as having incredible  crushing power rather than being playful, teasing restraints. So, the outlook for this man, who is perhaps an innocent diving fisherman or maybe a hero-adventurer helping to rid the locals of a nuisance to their boats, doesn't look too promising unless he knows of a vulnerability which his rather small knife can exploit.

Catweazle01 -  Primeval and Futuristic Archer

Another great looking man on the hunt makes a very pretty image.
Is this more pest control or is he food gathering? This is a post apocalyptic world and the artefacts of a past era loom in the murky background. However, it's environmentally safe presumably, so men are free to roam nearly naked, seeking out their mutant prey.

Catweazle01 -  Young SF Buccaneer Fighting on a Spaceship

The artist delves into steam-punk fantasy in this image, rolling back technology into history and man with it, reverting to the dress of a bygone age. Bare-chested pirates were one of my earliest erotic-danger fantasies but I never imagined them as yummy as this man, let alone having to face the undead. Perhaps Wagner had something like this in mind when he wrote The Flying Dutchman! I'd certainly buy tickets for a production styled like this.

Catweazle01 -  Bodybuilder In Prison

I find the underlying concept of this image very appealing, the muscular body-builder cast into a prison, clad only in his skimpy, posing g-string and reduced to star-gazing for his entertainment. Longing for his freedom no doubt. The panoramic window his cell is equipped with seems a very sophisticated design feature suggesting something equivalent to the bird kept in a gilded cage, not as a punishment, but for the entertainment and gratification of his captor.  To that end, this prisoner will probably be 'encouraged' to keep up with his weight-training to maintain his attractive figure. He might even be granted a mate to share his misery with.

Catweazle01 -  Shackled

This might be just the mate for the captive bird. It would be a preferable fate to being helplessly shackled in a dismal dungeon,  kneeling on the cold stone floor. There are no views from his window to moon about but plenty of time to reflect on how he came to this predicament.

He has the look of a traditional hero - mighty muscles, skimpy briefs and a belt buckle a cowboy would die for. The artist has also produced variants of the picture showing threats like a giant spider lurking in the shadows, but presumably it was a human with fingers who overpowered our man and shackled him here to meet his doom in lonely isolation.

The physique is a little over-cooked but a great dramatic setting

Catweazle01 -  Victim of the Harpy

The artist uses the same helpless hero device here and it looks like the same muscle-bound hero as well, who is starting to look a bit too careless or a bit too daring for his own good. The artist has cleverly invoked a ruined building to demonstrate that the secluded gloom of a dungeon is not without it's good points in a world filled with malevolent creatures.

The subtle change in his restraint - leaning back with arms spread wide introduces a sexual vulnerability to the drama which the Harpy is jumping down to take advantage of. Disturbingly erotic and a fate worse than death for many of my readers, I suspect. We can't see how the hero himself is taking it (if taking is the right word!) but we can imagine. At least the possibility exists for a jolly woodman to intervene and scare the creature away, but whether he would be strong enough to resist the same temptation we can only guess.

Catweazle01 -  Punishment

This image poses more searching questions about the new world order Catweazle has invented with humanoid mutants intelligent enough (and muscular enough) to make  humans their captives and turn their own methods of punishment against them.
It's a striking inversion of the established pecking order and the gung ho superiority implicit in many of the images above. Suddenly man is cast as a vulnerable species at the mercy of beings who are perfectly prepared to inflict suffering on him.

The man's loincloth and 'badge' suggest he is of the same tribe as the previous captive. Muscles seem to grow on trees here but not the more common sense defences, like caution, it seems. At least they are not going to eat him, unless this is some cruel tenderising technique.

Catweazle01 -  Execution

Catweazle takes the inversion even further with this image, unambiguously and chillingly titled to make clear that this is no near-scrape or crazy jape. The execution set-up is crude, but fully thought out. The captive seems to have a youthfulness that belies his musculature and this adds poignancy to his predicament. Unfortunately his expression does not suggest that he has a viable Plan 'B'.  Nor is he alone in this extremity, a fellow human watches helplessly from the cells at the rear, perhaps expecting  to share the same fate.

We do not know if the mutants are imposing their justice on these two men, exercising 'Pest Control' or disposing of rebels. In traditional hero scenarios this would be a way of tormenting a loathed opponent by callously punishing his right hand man or boy wonder in front of him, but the artist does not even hint at such subtlety. The executioner rants at him and the guards look as if they'd do the job themselves given half a chance.

The Squashing - Channing Travolta 4

Read this series from Part 1

Channing bravely comes back from his crushing defeat by Max Quivers
Undaunted, he's reverted to his favourite, showy, virgin white trunks.
The red ones certainly didn't bring him much luck against his last opponent.

He is matched this time against another odd-ball character, Big Masked Heel
Channing realises he has to keep his distance and use his speed to outwit this opponent.
He's prepared himself for the fake handshake feint used by Quivers to wind him.
But Heel surprises him by going straight in for a tight embrace instead.

Channing is used to being adored and usually he likes it,
But this admirer's hug is enveloping him with his fleshiness
Worse, his iron grip crushes Channing, pressuring his back.

Heel has his own plan to slow Channing down,
He whirls the new boy round and rams him into the corner
Following up with a lunge, shoulder first, into his stomach
Crushing him against the post with his huge body weight.

As the crumpled Channing sinks down against the ropes,
The Heel turns and leans his full body weight on him,
Pinning him and giving him a suffocating faceful of Heel-flesh.

By the time The Heel gets off him, Travolta is squashed, winded and dazed.
The Heel is able to pluck him off the ropes and whirl him round,
Trapping him in a full Nelson and levering his shoulders back.
Channing's face is a study in desperation but he cannot escape,
but only lock his fingers, trying to resist the Heel's strength.

But intent on saving his shoulders, Channing is caught out again
as the Heel suddenly switches to his waist, lifts him in the air
and then brings his ass crashing down onto the canvas.

The fight has hardly started and already, Channing is howling.
His special trunks seem to rebell too, adding a wedgie to his misery!

While Channing is complaining, Heel switches to leg scissors
While simultaneously levering his arm backwards
which really puts the pressure on Channing's torso
And it shows in his anguished expression.

Channing's squeals are cut short by Heel's legs clamping round his neck.
And a head scissor from the Heel is a truly suffocating hold.
With one arm still trapped as well, Channing is struggling to respond.
He lies back, pretty much helpless, with his legs wide open.

Heel rolls Channing into an arm and neck compression squeeze
that twists his crotch up, wide open again, in the air.
His fans at the right ringside pant with pleasure at the sight
of Channing's trunks seemingly bulging with excitement
despite all the pain and embarrassing position he's in.
(or perhaps it's because of it?)

The sight disappears when The Heel swaps legs, upping the ante.
The hold is now cross body, twisting Channing's torso.
His left leg, is anchored between The Heel's giant thighs.
So, his leverage on the 'crotch rip' is much increased.
The Heel wants to wring a submission out of Channing.
Channing face suggests he's struggling now.

However, Channing's a gutsy man and not ready to submit just yet,
so Heel goes angrily for the jugular - literally - with a one-handed choke hold.
It's capitalising on Quivers' repeated neck weakeners in Channing's last match.
Before long, Channing's resistance is ebbing away into sleep.

But Heel doesn't want a sleeper knockout, he wants Channing to beg
He crooks his arm round Channing's neck pulling it upwards
The reverse choke hold puts further stress on his spine.
It gives him an intimate taste of Heel's sweaty armpit
as his neck is squashed between mounded fleshiness.

When Heel releases him, Channing is spark out.
It looks like it's all over.

Heel celebrates, and in a final squashing gesture
he pins Channing down with a knee on his stomach.

Channing probably doesn't realise how great he looks at this point.

Heel backs off, giving the lifeless Channing a consoling tap.

But, amazingly, as Heel struts the ring, Channing comes after him again!
A desperate last throw of the dice by the gutsy novice.

His reward is another excruciating bear hug
This time he really does submit.

It's terrible to see a big man in pain.
But there's more suffering ahead for him in Part 5

The Great Rugby Take Down

For a couple of weeks I've been trailing images of Rugby Players in bondage.
Now comes the deluge!

"Those bastards!"

A burly rugby player has been tied up and left out in pouring rain on a muddy pitch.
Broad chest, chunky thighs, this image knocked my socks off when I saw it.
He's a handsome man, but the image also somehow captures something of a beast in him.
Now he is tethered, totally helpless, exposed to the elements in a public place.
Frustration. Discomfort. Humiliation.
Is this a prank played on him by other members of the team?

Another mighty beast left face down in the mud, even more humiliated.
It looks like there was quite a struggle before this one could be subdued.
Defeated, he lies with his tight-fitting kit clinging sexily to his contours in the rain.
His colours have a Scottish flavour, an interesting sight for English eyes.

"You've had enough warnings!"

This time we can see who is tying up the captive up, he looks like one of the training staff.
The hogtie has been made a shade nastier with a loop around the player's neck,
That should keep him stranded in his own private puddle of muddy water.

A team mate seems to be approaching in the distance,
Is he going to intervene? Rescue? Or just gloat?

"Go on then! Do your worst!"

This is one way of settling a long running dispute between two bulls.
Forcing them to confront each other with muscles and emotions securely under wraps.
Instead of fighting to decide who's No 1, they can have a tug of war across the halfway line.
The short rope is a deliberate choice, it matches their short fuses.

Now they find themselves physically close in a shared predicament.
Who knows what chemistry is about to be evolve between them?
A stadium full of spectators looks on expectantly.

I want to have a word with you, Fergus, about your on-field behaviour

It's not all bad news, the Sin Bin has acquired comfortable bench seats (in case there's a crowd) and quilted walls which help ensure that what happens in there does not each the ears of the media. There's now a fourth Match Official tasked with the dual roles of (a) Calming the anger and over-excitement of miscreants and (b) Putting the fear of God in them so they don't reoffend (for a while).

A middle ranking military background is considered ideal for this position and unfortunately for Fergus this one specialised in covert abductions and is of the opinion that the only good villain is a tied-up one. He has just demonstrated to Fergus the ease with which he can do it to him. Naturally Fergus mouths off, but the only response is a puff of cigar smoke which envelops his face.

"Now then my lad, let's get down to brass tacks" the official says, eyeing Fergie's crotch.

"I'm waiting, Doyle"

Ten minutes in the Sin Bin can seem an awful long time when you're not sure what's going to happen to you and it's not helped by the lurid stories put about by certain players who like to glorify their own visits and make others tremble about the possibilities they might face.

The privacy afforded by the padded rooms fuels such anxieties and a creative Match Official can take advantage of that by using imaginative restraint and dropping calculated hints about what he is inclined to do to the immobilised player. In the reverse wall-spread position the player imagines that the only thing standing between him and utter humiliation is his shorts which seem very vulnerable to a malicious pull down. Especially after the Official spotted that he's wearing a traditional jockstrap underneath. It's enough to take his mind right off the game, which is continuing outside without him.

"Brace yourselves, lads. The entire team is coming out to spank you.
Thank your lucky stars it's not in front our home crowd"

When the team's star players repeatedly miss easy scoring opportunities and the entire team knows they were up all night carousing it causes friction. Away matches in interesting new places are always an tempting opportunity for players to go out on the town. Management teams these days run a tight ship but players off the leash can still get carried away and forget their responsibilities to the team.  When it happens time and time again, the Training Staff have to step in and remind them about the rules.
If they want special treatment, they are liable to get it.

These singlets and dinky shorts might be seen on a rugby training ground, but are really more suggestive of the Gaelic Football code and that played by our Aussie friends down under.
No matter, a hunk is a hunk however you dress him up and make him sweat.

"Wait! Wait! You can't just take these men away and sell them!
We've no chance of winning the League without them!".

But if the coach is unhappy think, how his two players must feel,
suddenly discovering they have been sold off by the cash-strapped club.
Their errant behaviour hasn't helped their cause.

Securely bound for despatch to an unknown buyer for unspecified use.
They've had no time to arrange their affairs - or even to tell their loved ones.
Even the ref looks distraught about the situation.

"Look at it this way, lads........."

This Coach is more sanguine and professional at the prospect of losing two key players,
He soothes the fears of the frightened men as they wait to be collected and taken away.
"You'll be well looked after, fed, dressed and kept in good shape" he assures them.
"The job will involve public performance and pain at times, but you're used to that".
"Best of all, I told him you guys like each other, so he's promised to keep you together".

If fact the buyer has paid a hefty premium to acquire this matching pair, graded Class 1.
He's going to use them for breeding purposes, such genes shouldn't be wasted!
According to rumour his extraction processes are most imaginative.

"What am I bid for these two exquisite specimens?"

Being sold behind your back is terrible, but the indignity of a public, internet auction is worse.
They were forced to pump up their muscles before the sale and dressed to attract maximum interest.
Then made to kneel submissively on the pitch in front of the cameras.

In the past, these men have modestly enjoyed the admiration their weight training has earned them.
Now are awestruck at the prices others are prepared to pay to get their hands on them.
They can't see the bidders, just the auctioneer and the steadily mounting offers on a TV screen.

The cold, teeming rain is unpleasant and depressingly apt,
yet it seems to have heightened the buyer's interest in them.
And they haven't even had their shorts taken off - not yet.

In Transit

Sold and paid for, this player has been scrubbed and dressed in his Sunday best kit for despatch.
He's been moderately sedated and packaged securely for the long journey, so he'll be no trouble.
He's not travelling alone, an escort will attend to his needs and deal with the paperwork.

His buyer is rich enough and distant enough to have hired a private jet to bring him home.
It's an ironic epilogue to his high flying life as a successful, professional sportsman.
That's over now, but he's shed his tears, calmed his fears and now sleeps the flight away.

Perhaps he's dreaming of a pampered new life, as the pet of an admiring owner.
An attractive female, easily won over by his male charm and sexual prowess.
Well, anything is possible, but I wouldn't count on any of that, chum.

Alone in a Crowd

Back in the UK, another burly Rugby player has been brought to his knees in the mud.
He bows his head in despair, a picture of submissiveness and incomprehension.
Which of these fates await for him?

~

I discovered these images recently on tumblr. The site consists almost entirely of bondage images by a single artist, who calls himself Cybertied. They show men tied up with rope (classic stuff!) in a wide range of settings and scenarios but with a particular focus on sportsmen and, much to my delight, including a large number of from the world of rugby and other football games.

Visit Cybertied (on tumblr, his main site)
also on Twitter/'X' and DeviantArt

Obviously these images have been created with AI and there are some classic anatomy flaws if you look closely. However, what is truly remarkable about these images is that they have been created using a freely available, AI art creator which has been designed to block any elements deemed to be 'unsafe'. That's vague-ist New-Speak for what used to be labelled as dirty, deviant and abnormal, in fact almost everything worth looking at mitchmen blog!

The list of forbidden subjects includes nudity, underwear and bondage. The creation process is driven by text input and the artist explains in 3 posts how he managed to word his way round the blocks. It's a fascinating insight into how these AI engines work and a guide that anyone can use themselves to experiment with. I will share some of my efforts in a future post.
